Eastern Oklahoma Fabrication

PRESSURE VESSELS

EOF is certified by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers to construct pressure vessels in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Sec. VIII, Div. 1, and is a holder of ASME “U,” “UM” and “S” stamps. EOF is also authorized by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors to perform repairs and/or alterations on existing pressure vessels and holds a National Board “R” stamp. All of the above mentioned authorizations apply to both field and in-shop work. EOF also owns and operates all of its own fully-equipped field-welding trucks.

EOF employs a full staff of welders, holding certifications under ASME, AWS and API welding codes, along with certifications for the following welding processes: MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, Stick and Submerged Arc. All welders are retested or re-certified at appropriate intervals, according to the applicable code, or as required by other customers. All of EOF’s welders also hold an Oklahoma State Welding Card. We strive to maintain close working relationships with other vendors in areas such as transportation, material suppliers and inspection services.

At EOF, we create all types of pressure vessels from ASME Section VIII to Division 1 with high-quality carbon and stainless steel. In addition, we can repair and alter existing pressure vessels.

Prior projects include:

  • 2 and 3-Phase Separators
  • Heater Treaters
  • Dehydration Towers
  • Coalescing Filters
  • Fuel Pots
  • H2S Scrubbers
  • Heat Exchangers
  • Bio Gas Vessels
  • Gas Injection for Water Treatment
  • Passive Dehydration
  • Fuel Gas Scrubbers
  • Blow Cases
